CORE supports adults (age 18+) who have a developmental disability or dual diagnosis. We serve a wide range of participants, all with unique goals, skills, strengths, interests, needs, and abilities.

Funded Supports

Applications for funded supports at CORE are processed through Developmental Services Ontario – Toronto Region (DSO-TR).

Fee-for-Service Supports

CORE offers not-for-profit fee-for-service opportunities for individuals including those who receive Passport Funding and those who pay privately. Flexible staffing ratios and schedules based on support needs are available.
